New Fire Equipment Supply

All our portable fire extinguishers are supplied fully charged and ready for use. We also supply and install fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, hose reel systems in accordance to standards and regulations. We pay great attention to our skilled workmanships and site clean-up.

When it comes to establishing a new fire alarm system or even upgrading an existing one, knowing the difference between the two primary kinds of fire systems is crucial.

The conventional system will provide zone information (i.e., floor, area, etc.) while the addressable system will provide more detailed device identification. Conventional systems are often best used for buildings where there are limited functions necessary for the fire alarm system to perform and where the building layout is easily configured into zones. With addressable fire alarm systems, you can pinpoint exactly which device has been activated thus more suitable for large facilities or tall buildings.

Servicing

We aim to contact customers to arrange service visits prior to the month that their service is due. If you haven't heard from us 30 days before your service is due, please complete our Service Booking Form.

Your firefighting equipment’ should be serviced regularly by a professional fire company, to ensure they are in good working order. Basic quarterly or bi-annual servicing is recommended, with extended service or replacement every 5 years or 12 years. In-house, you should conduct regular monthly checks for physical damage, pressure, and accessibility. A service certificate is issued ready for sharing with county fire authorities or your insurance if and when required.

This involves a visual inspection to check for damage, ensure the gauge is in the green, and verify the safety pin and seal are intact. It also includes checking for any signs of damage like dents, rust or obstruction. Finally the fire extinguisher is weighed to ascertain content, cleaned and its tag updated before being returned to service. A service certificate is issued soon after.
